Transparency is a product surface, not a slogan. This page collects the public signals we can share while Sanctuary is still early: uptime posture, waitlist growth, traffic, and the roadmap themes guiding the next build cycles.

We do not publish private user data, session content, health inferences, or account-level analytics. The numbers below are intentionally coarse and operational. They are meant to show whether the project is alive, improving, and accountable without turning user wellbeing into a public scoreboard.

As the product matures, this page will become the durable place for release notes, reliability updates, design constraints, and the tradeoffs behind major changes. When a metric is unavailable, the interface says so instead of substituting a fake value.

What We Publish

Open metrics should make the work easier to evaluate. We publish operational status, product momentum, and roadmap themes because those signals help users, partners, and contributors understand whether Sanctuary is dependable.

We do not publish sensitive wellness behavior, raw analytics exports, or individual account activity. The boundary is simple: public metrics describe the product and the company, not private user lives.

The next layer will add release notes, resolved incidents, and plain-language explanations for material changes to pricing, data handling, and product availability. Those updates will stay readable for non-engineers while still being specific enough for technical reviewers to follow the decision trail.

When a number changes, the goal is context over spectacle: what changed, why it matters, and what action follows. That keeps the page useful during quiet weeks as well as launch moments.
