We read these messages directly and route them based on the topic you choose, so the form is intentionally short and private by default.
Research and practitioner notes help us understand where breathing, focus pacing, and eye-strain recovery need clearer product boundaries.
Partnership messages should include the audience, deployment context, and whether Sanctuary is being evaluated for individual users or a broader workplace program.
Product feedback is most useful when it includes the page, device, and expected behavior so the founding team can reproduce the issue quickly.
This form is part of the public marketing surface, so it is intentionally simple and indexable. We currently rely on server-side validation, a honeypot, and rate limiting instead of a third-party CAPTCHA provider. That keeps the experience lighter for real people while preserving a clear path for future anti-abuse work if traffic patterns require it. If your note is time-sensitive, include the context, deadline, and any relevant links in the first message so we can respond without extra back-and-forth.
For product bugs, include the route, browser, and any steps that reproduce the issue. For research or partnerships, include the organization, audience, and goals so we can tell whether Sanctuary is the right fit for the conversation before scheduling follow-up.
